Group Sales Specialist

About This Role
As a Group Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind securing and managing group bookings for our esteemed properties. You'll act as the primary point of contact for groups, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations throughout their stay.
Your Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their group requirements and tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the group market segment.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements, ensuring profitable outcomes for our properties.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and event planning, to ensure seamless execution of group events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in the dynamic group sales landscape.
