About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions and support
  • Process transactions and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
  • Contribute to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and share knowledge with customers, promoting digital banking solutions
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems and tools
