About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Nike Kanata. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Nike products and services, including our latest innovations and technologies.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and drive business results.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age.
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
