At Scotiabank, we're looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers in a relatable way, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You'll be the face of our branches, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Processing day-to-day transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities to contribute to branch targets
  • Sharing your technical expertise to introduce clients to our mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs
