About the role
Our Senior Customer Experience Associates are the face of our branches, providing personalized support and guidance to our customers. We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who can build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted
- Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers
- Be a technology expert, sharing knowledge and introducing clients to our mobile banking applications
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice
- Strong technical skills, able to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options
