Position Overview

The Marketing Outreach Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and engagement of GLOBAL IVY EDUCATION GROUP LTD. This position requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to effectively communicate our mission and initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation of public written content that reflects the organization's values and objectives.
  • Draft and edit various written materials including reports, briefs, and digital content for our website.
  • Promote events, workshops, and meetings aimed at fundraising and information dissemination.
  • Serve as the official spokesperson for the organization, representing our interests in various forums.
  • Respond to inquiries both in writing and verbally, ensuring clear communication.
  • Assist in developing brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate special events and promotional activities to enhance public engagement.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes towards our initiatives.
  • Research and compile communications materials to support marketing efforts.
  • Design questionnaires for market research to inform strategy development.
  • Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
