Retail Sales Representative

**About the Role**
At Accoravillage, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate - Customer Experience, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about all products offered and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting operational expectations.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals, and build a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to meet customer needs and contribute to brand awareness.
- Assist the Store Manager in using social media to promote the brand and engage with customers.
**Requirements:**
- 0-3 years of retail experience.
- Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results through running enthusiasm.
- Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
