About the Role
BDO is a firm built on a foundation of positive relationships with our people and our clients. As a Campus Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned group.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops, and interns
- Provide exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners, including faculty, career office employees, and students
- Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement, and manage national campus recruitment agenda
- Elevate the Firm's image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools
- Monitor industry and market trends and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
- You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years' experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- You have superior time management and ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests
