About the Role

Lavish Impex inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Distribution Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize and organize tasks, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of goods.
  • Manage Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of distribution plans.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize distribution processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
