About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Sales to join our team at Jobber. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement training programs and resources to upskill sales teams and improve sales performance.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and dashboards to track team performance and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in sales management or team leadership, with a proven track record of personal and professional excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel spreadsheets, and data-driven methodologies.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, crucial for building trust with peers and key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
