At Sephora, we're passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As an Interim Stage Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of client experience and services in a specific store location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Manage the daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, ensuring that Coordinators and Beauty Advisors are adequately trained to effectively manage the Studio and drive services on a day-to-day basis.
  • Innovation: Ensure Beauty Advisors are trained to leverage technology innovations within services, providing an elevated in-store experience for clients.
  • Client Experience: Manage the Services online reservation system, publishing Beauty Advisors' availability and class dates and times. Ensure staffing levels are adequate to support a smooth flow of clients receiving services.
  • Training & Development: Execute Beauty Advisors' training for new hires and existing team members, facilitating orientation and selling model training sessions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by ensuring all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals are within company standards. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor at all times.
  • Vendor Management: Ensure Beauty Advisors engage effectively with store brands, providing feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible.
Requirements:
  • Two to four years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
