Job Description: Associate Director, Digital Technology Operations
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for digital technology operations, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management: Effectively manage team priorities, allocate resources strategically, and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve operational excellence.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate service delivery updates and progress reports to all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.
- Supplier Performance & Outsourcing Strategies: Oversee supplier performance management processes and contribute to the development and implementation of effective outsourcing strategies for digital technology services.
- Process Improvement & Business Continuity: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the digital technology operations domain. Actively participate in business continuity planning efforts to ensure operational resilience.
- Incident Management & Service Desk Oversight: Assume responsibility for incident management processes, CMDB inventories, help desk operations, and change advisory board (CAB) activities.
- Project Participation & Support: Contribute to cross-functional projects as needed, providing technical expertise and operational support to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of the technologies supported by the team and utilized within the company environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects in complex organizational settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
