We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Digital Technology Operations to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans in your area of responsibility, working closely with other divisions and shared services.
- Manage team priorities and assign resources according to corporate objectives and project prioritization.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the company, both internal and external to the DT organization, on all aspects of service delivery.
- Participate in supplier performance management for outsourced activities, including the development of outsourcing strategies, calls for tender, negotiation, and review of new service agreements.
- Represent DT on the P&WC Business Continuity Committee.
- Responsible for the Incident Group, CMDB equipment inventories, Help Desk, and CAB group.
- Participate in projects in related fields or replace other managers during absences or for other reasons.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 7 years' experience or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with all technologies supported by the team and commonly used in the company.
- Experience working as part of a team in a multidisciplinary environment, with knowledge of other IT infrastructure technologies and operations management processes.
- Professional experience in a large IT outsourcing company or experience in managing services provided by a large company would be a strong asset.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large infrastructure projects in a complex, international environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) both spoken and written is required and mandatory.
