Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital architecture strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital platforms and solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our business and customers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT and OT teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's overall strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT vendors, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, ensuring our digital strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in IT, 10 years in architecture, and 5 years in leading technical teams.
- Experience working in a hybrid infrastructure environment (cloud and on-premise).
- Experience working in the heavy industry sector, with a strong understanding of IT and OT systems.
- TOGAF, SAFe Agile, Cloud, ITIL, or other relevant architecture certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, IoT, data science, and cloud computing.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google).
- Experience working in a product management environment.
- Deep understanding of different architecture models, such as platform, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
