About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive and personalized support to our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day transactions, nurturing long-standing relationships, and contributing to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.

In addition, you will be expected to be a technology expert, sharing your knowledge with clients to introduce them to our mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs. You will also be responsible for building strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and demonstrating success in a target-based performance environment.
