About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process day-to-day transactions and manage client accounts
  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business with Scotiabank
  • Contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on Scotiabank's products and services, providing expert advice to clients and promoting digital banking solutions
Requirements
  • Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using digital banking platforms and mobile applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
