About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive and personalized support to our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day transactions, nurturing long-standing relationships, and contributing to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Understand and meet the needs of clients through proactive and personalized support
  • Process day-to-day transactions and contribute to the Branch's targets
  • Nurture long-standing relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements:

Language Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French, as they will be serving English-speaking clientele.
