Our Opportunity:

The Manager, Project Commercialization - CPG will lead the successful commercialization of strategic North American and Global CPG initiatives and product launches. This role will manage and deliver projects from concept to product on shelf, optimizing the RBI commercialization process and stage gate methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop project scope and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and resourcing.
  • Communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with financial parameters and elevate decisions to senior leaders when necessary.
  • Drive effective project team engagement and tracking.

Stage Gate Management:

  • Manage stakeholders and ensure completion of stage gate documents.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Conduct post-launch reviews and recommend improvements to the commercialization process.
  • Identify opportunities for process evolution.

Essential Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of innovation tools and processes.
  • Expert communication and influencing skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Supply chain knowledge and experience in a food or CPG manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of related experience in project management and/or analytical role with a minimum of 3 years in product commercialization.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
