About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Crew Lead to join our Contents Department at First Onsite - CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general cleaning and restoration of customers' homes and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the cleaning and restoration of customers' homes and property, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Lead a team of crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to restore order and minimize disruption to customers' lives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify restoration needs and develop customized plans to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in cleaning, moving, or packing, preferably in a restoration or related field.
  • Availability to work on-call for after-hours emergency work.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC).
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to complete work activities that may include physical labor, material handling, and lifting heavy items.
