As a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations and helping us deliver on our promise of quality and reliability.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our field operations, ensuring quality control, and providing support to our crew members. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong background in landscaping or lawn care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Field Operations: You'll be responsible for overseeing our field operations, ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standard, and that our crew members are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Quality Control: You'll be responsible for conducting regular quality control checks to ensure that our work meets our high standards.
  • Crew Support: You'll provide support to our crew members, helping them to resolve any issues that may arise and ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: You'll be responsible for managing our staffing and scheduling needs, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
How We Measure Success
  • Attendance: You'll be expected to maintain a high level of attendance, setting a good example for our crew members and ensuring that we can deliver on our commitments to our customers.
  • Budget vs Actual Hours: You'll be responsible for managing our budget and ensuring that we're delivering value to our customers.
  • Return Rates: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our return rates are low, indicating that our work is of high quality and meets our customers' expectations.
  • Crew Retention: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our crew members are happy and engaged, reducing turnover and ensuring that we can deliver on our commitments to our customers.
  • Customer Retention: You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they're happy with our service and that we can deliver on our commitments to them.
Requirements
  • Experience: You'll need to have prior experience in the landscaping or lawn care industry, with a strong background in team leadership and operations management.
  • Certifications and Licenses: You'll need to have any required certifications and licenses, such as a commercial driver's license (CDL) or a pesticide application license.
  • Clean Driving History: You'll need to have a clean driving history and be able to drive a trailer.
