Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our field operations, ensuring quality control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the field operations, ensuring that all jobs are completed to the highest standard.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control and provide feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement effective routing and scheduling strategies to optimize crew productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the landscaping or lawn care industry, with a strong understanding of operations management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
