We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Eden Trattoria II. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Cuisine Specialties: Italian cuisine experience.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and time management skills.
