Food Service Team Lead

Join Bar Burrito as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient operations
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment with 35-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
