Supply Chain Associate Manager

About the Role:
The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for working closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries and ensure timely delivery of products and services. This role requires strong customer focus, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Enter and verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, and special considerations.
- Manage orders, including monitoring and updating shipping dates and communicating updates to internal and external customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare customer-related reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- May require some travel within North America to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports.
- Strong bi-lingual communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of emails and orders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with detail-oriented order entry and research.
- College or university degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role in North America with direct experience managing orders and customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with JDE and Salesforce is an asset.
