About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at SUCH A GOOD SUPPLY CHAIN INC. as a Logistics Planner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze orders and instructions received from customers to ensure accurate and efficient logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and warehouse units, to coordinate activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and track the movement of supplies and materials between departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and review worksheets and specifications of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule production runs in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.

  • Organized and reliable individual with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate and efficient in processing and transmitting information.
