As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of returns, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of accurate records, including inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve return-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including return rates, processing times, and inventory levels.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role, with a strong understanding of return processing and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or relevant professional experience preferred.
