Job Description

Business Development Director - Western Canada

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives in the Western Canada market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute business development plans to achieve strategic growth objectives in Western Canada.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target markets, including their needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the Western Canada market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
