Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Jensen Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies
Work Environment:

Our travel agency is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals. As a Travel Clerk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
