About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Inglewood Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present food items to our high standards, ensuring that all dishes are visually appealing and meet our quality expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food quantities and stock levels, ensuring that our inventory is always up-to-date and that we are able to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
