Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at JD's Flooring & Decor World Ltd. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting flooring products, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring a visually appealing store display.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Sales Associates to be flexible, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
