About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Associate to join our team at Calgary Best Buy Furniture. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive sales floor environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process transactions, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Sales Floor Support: Assist customers with product information, demonstrate products, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Environment

Our sales floor is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a variety of customers and products. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the sales floor.
