Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project variables and risks to ensure precise assessments
  • Prepare financial estimates, oversee budgets, and manage resources throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create comprehensive work plans that include resources, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Facilitate coordination among project team members and maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary contact and guarantee client satisfaction
  • Supervise allocated project resources to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven project management expertise
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and French)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet project management tools
  • Understanding of IT environments
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or public services
