We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at Diya Decor ltd. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and event staffing.
- Manage event marketing and promotion, including social media and email marketing.
- Ensure event compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
