Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to employees experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Network Administration: Set up and maintain computer networks, ensuring secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to their technical needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
