Client Support Specialist Position at Rentokil Initial

We are actively looking for a Client Support Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. Acting as a bridge between our organization and clients, the successful candidate will be tasked with delivering product and service information, addressing concerns, and fostering potential business opportunities. Exceptional communication abilities, both spoken and written, along with a customer-centric approach, are crucial for thriving in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously
  • Respond to customer service requests via phone, email, and online forms
  • Process orders and investigate customer complaints
  • Maintain customer records and promote company offerings
  • Organize and prioritize the schedules of field technicians

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills with a focus on sales
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-driven
  • Capability to establish strong relationships and rapport with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
