**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Customer Service: Greet all customers with a smile, provide assistance with information, direction, or refer them to the correct staff member.
  • Phone Management: Answer and operate multi-line phone system, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including stocking inventory, tracking dealer plates and demo vehicle keys, and preparing cash summaries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite and able to learn new software quickly.
