SMG is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Partner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain relationships with senior HR and Sales leaders in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management area
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cross-selling and client acquisition
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
