Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Engage with clients in a respectful and professional manner, whether in person, via phone, or through digital communication.
- Guide customers in choosing the ideal vehicle that meets their needs and financial considerations.
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing structures.
- Organize and accompany clients on test drives.
- Collaborate with finance managers to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and manufacturers; manage competitive interest rates and financing options.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Clean criminal record.
- Valid driver's license.
- OMVIC certification.
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple leads and follow-ups concurrently.
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on building lasting relationships.
