Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Financial Reporting Systems to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our global financial reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize financial reporting systems to align with business requirements and needs.
- Manage data integrity, security, and compliance within the systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to address system issues and support initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team, providing training and support to end-users.
- Coordinate updates of metadata and security elements across systems.
- Oversee the global financial systems user support portal and provide support to auditors.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting systems, focusing on OneStream or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. CPA designation highly desired.
- Demonstrated success in team management and project delivery.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficient in project management and prioritization, driving projects to completion.
