Senior Manager

The Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) will oversee and manage all strategic, tactical, and financial aspects of OCM. This role will be accountable for demand and resource capacity planning, OCM methodology, and the development of the team.
The primary focus of the OCM function will be on managing the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Lead a team of OCM resources who will support the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
- Manage all OCM resources (internal & external), including maintaining an overall view of projects/initiatives, prioritizing needs, assigning and tracking resources/availability, and monitoring/measuring impacts of team members.
- Initiate performance management, development plans, coaching, and mentoring for team members.
- Determine resource needs to support change projects for Magna and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics and reporting on change management and training.
Manage Change Projects and Teams

• Initiate performance management, development plans, coaching, and mentoring for team members.
Identify Resource Needs
• Determine resource needs to support change projects for Magna and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and Maintain KPIs and Metrics
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators, metrics and reporting on change management and training.
