Senior Product Manager for Network and Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at WOLF Advanced Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in executing our vision and strategy for a series of products/systems in our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products/systems.
- Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with our senior management team to define product direction and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Product Prioritization: Prioritize product backlog/roadmap in collaboration with our product development teams, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure awareness of regulatory compliance issues, both technical and legal, as they apply to our products.
- Liaison and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between our CTO, Sales, and Engineering teams to define solutions for customers.
- Product Requirements: Fully define product use cases/requirements, working with customers and our teams to gather and document user requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Generate block diagrams, datasheets, and other supporting technical documents as necessary.
- Product Development: Collaborate with our Engineering, design, and development teams to ensure the final product meets user needs.
- Requirements Compliance Matrix: Generate and manage product Requirements Compliance Matrix (RCM).
- Product Configuration: Manage and generate new top-level WOLF Part Numbers used to describe valid product configurations for our Sales Team.
- Product Launches: Assist in product launches, working with our marketing, sales, and support teams as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather and incorporate user feedback into future iterations, supporting continuous process improvement.
- Travel Requirements: This position may include some travel requirements to visit customers and/or attend trade shows (no more than 10% travel).
- Product Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
- Education and Certifications: BSc/BA in science or engineering, a relevant Technical Certificate, or a combination of education and work experience related to the development of modules for mission computers.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of system-level design for defense and aerospace, especially as it relates to network connectivity (ethernet, fiber, etc.) and PCIe (including multi-host, NTB, daisy chain).
- Network Security: Strong knowledge of network security features.
- Interest in Emerging Technologies: Interest in GPUs, video graphics, AI, FPGAs, and related technologies.
- Product Development Process: Strong understanding of the product development process and experience in product lifecycle management.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and balance many tasks at once.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
