About the Role

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, and supporting the Studio Manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience: Greet members with enthusiasm and knowledge, present the OTF concept to interested consumers, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Studio Operations: Work at the front desk, answer phones, and handle member inquiries and concerns.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events, generate traffic and leads, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout and ensure a seamless experience.
