About the Role

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Studio Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive membership growth and retention
  • Coordinating events and promotions to enhance the member experience
  • Managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth flow of operations
  • Collaborating with trainers and other team members to achieve studio goals

Requirements
