About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at 1309996 Ont Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Train and develop our kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 kitchen and food service helpers, including food and beverage servers.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Smart Serve certification and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work and willingness to relocate for this position.
