Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Supervisor to join our hospitality team at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality staff during games and events, providing exceptional service to our fans, and contributing to building a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of hospitality staff and provide ongoing coaching and recognition to ensure exceptional service is provided to our fans.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance team by actively partnering with all staff at Rogers Arena.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm.
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shifts, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time.
  • Completion of Serving it Right Certificate.
  • Excellent on-the-spot problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently handle service recovery situations to a fan's satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience.
  • Proven front-line customer service leadership in a Quick Service setting.
  • Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than October 2025.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM).
