Aarista is a leading healthcare technology company in the U.S. post-acute care sector, utilizing our proprietary technology platform that integrates AI and machine learning to empower our medical group with over 350 providers to deliver care across a network of 14 states, serving over 75,000 patients in long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), and assisted living facilities (ALF).

Our tech-driven approach enhances efficiency by providing real-time, actionable insights, allowing us to address medical issues proactively before they escalate.

At Aarista, our mission is to extend acute-level care beyond hospital walls, improving clinical outcomes and transforming patient care in the post-acute setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through in-depth analysis.
  • Develop clear and concise reports and presentations that effectively convey findings to support strategic planning efforts.
  • Present insights to senior management, providing a strong basis for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial/operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Regularly update leadership on potential risks and growth opportunities.
  • Perform industry research to evaluate trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks, incorporating these insights into strategic recommendations that guide decision-making in M&A transactions.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, strategic planning, investor relations or related roles.
