About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to lead our Pay product team at 7shifts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision and strategy for our Pay products, aligning with customer needs and 7shifts goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to ensure we build great products that help our customers pay their employees efficiently
  • Create and execute the Pay product vision and strategy, defining and delivering key results
  • Foster high-trust relationships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Success, Support, and Sales
  • Engage with users to identify value opportunities and build relationships to serve our users better
  • Drive the pace of shipping and learning across teams, ensuring ease of use and high-quality
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a SaaS space, with a preference for those with fintech or payroll experience
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing PMs and managing executive-level relationships
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and make them simple, clear, and human
  • Experience in customer-focused environments and familiarity with product-led growth
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing products and teams in fintech, payroll, or money movement
  • Background in data or analytics
  • Previous experience in the restaurant-tech industry
