Executive Director - Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation Inc.

The Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation Inc. (Fedoruk Centre) is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to advancing nuclear science and technology in Saskatchewan. Our mission is to foster innovation and collaboration among academia, industry, and government to drive economic growth and improve health outcomes in the province.

The Executive Director will play a critical role in leading the Fedoruk Centre's efforts to achieve its mission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to advance nuclear innovation in Saskatchewan
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with academia, industry, and government to drive collaboration and innovation
  • Overseeing the safe and sustainable operation of the Saskatchewan Cyclotron Facility
  • Managing funding decisions to support research projects in nuclear innovation
  • Ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive workplace that delivers high-value nuclear innovation and resources throughout the province

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nuclear science, chemistry, physics, engineering, or health sciences, with a track record of executive leadership. A Doctoral degree is preferred, but a Master's degree with significant experience in executive leadership will also be considered. The successful candidate will demonstrate the experience and expertise to lead a unique organization that enables the people of Saskatchewan to work at the forefront of nuclear innovation.
