Position Overview

The Project Coordination Specialist is tasked with overseeing the organization and execution of projects or initiatives within the Northeast Health Service Delivery Area (HSDA) as designated by the Senior Operations Officer (SOO).

The role involves providing guidance, education, facilitation, and mentorship to team members engaged in various projects.

The Specialist addresses operational challenges for projects while adhering to the standards set by the SOO and acts as the primary liaison for all project team members, fostering performance enhancement and excellence in care and service delivery.

The Specialist manages direct reports in a manner that guarantees both community-level support and project-level proficiency for the HSDA in designated sectors.

The Specialist evaluates interdependencies and timelines of projects across the HSDA and assesses the influence of these projects on other sectors within the HSDA and throughout Northern Health.

The Specialist aids in the planning, execution, and assessment of project outcomes, collaborating closely with the SOO and the project team to address the implications of any changes to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

Starting salary ranges from $106,026 to $132,533, contingent upon education, training, experience, and comparable positions.

Qualifications
