Job Summary

The Regional Coordinator, Harm Reduction Specialist is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and evaluation of harm reduction strategies and services in the Northeast region. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement harm reduction strategies and services that address the needs of populations disproportionately impacted by substance use
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and improve health outcomes
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff and partners to ensure effective implementation of harm reduction initiatives
* Evaluate the effectiveness of harm reduction strategies and services and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

* Master's degree in harm reduction or a related field
* 5 years of recent experience working with populations impacted by substance use
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
